That’s Red Oak, I Said

Spring Hope and Middlesex
Coopers and Bailey,
We could cross swords with and bring to earth daily.
And Whitakers, Nashville and Benvenue,
We were much more than a match for them, too.
For we were from Red Oak,
That's Red Oak, I said,
Where proudly we sported the white and the red.
We had a spirit that few even try for.
Ours were the colors that others would die for,
For we are from Red Oak,
That's Red Oak, I said,
And we will be proud of it 'til we are dead.
